Privacy Policy

At Cluck And Quack Farm LLC, we take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously. We collect and store personal information for the sole purpose of conducting business with our customers, and we never sell this information to third parties. We do not share or sell email addresses or telephone numbers to other companies for marketing purposes. Our website uses encryption and other security measures to protect your data, and you can trust that your information is safe with us. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is kept secure and used only in accordance with your consent and our privacy policy.

National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP) Data
Cluck and Quack Farm LLC is fully compliant with the National Poultry Improvement Plan. As part of our NPIP compliance, every time we ship baby chicks or hatching eggs within the USA, we are required to file a VS 9-3 form with the destination state's relevant authorities. These forms include the full ship-to address — name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number — for each order. These forms are first sent to an approved reviewer such as a state veterinarian or health official who reviews the forms, signs them, and forwards them to the appropriate state agency. The VS 9-3 form is an integral part of the NPIP program which allows us to ship across state lines and to all 50 states. This report allows the state agencies to more effectively monitor the birds being shipped to their state. This process ensures traceability and helps maintain the health standards of our breeding program, all while providing you with the highest quality baby chicks, including heritage breeds and unique egg color varieties. We take our responsibilities seriously to ensure that your chicks arrive safely and healthy, furthering our commitment to quality and excellence in poultry farming.

Purchase Policies

Term and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not place your order.

Straight Run Chicks & Ducklings:
Straight run chicks are unsexed baby chickens that have not been sorted by gender. This means that you have a chance of getting male or female chicks. Please note that Cluck & Quack Farm LLC follows strict biosecurity protocols and cannot take back or replace male chicks. If you require guaranteed female chicks, we recommend purchasing our auto-sex or sex-linked breeds.

Cluck & Quack Farm LLC will not replace straight run breeds that grow up to be male with female chicks.

Guaranteed Female Chicks & Ducklings:
If a guaranteed female chick grows up to be a male, please notify Cluck & Quack Farm LLC via the Contact Form on the website Cluckandquack.com with photos of the rooster. Cluck & Quack Farm LLC will refund you the original cost paid for the guaranteed female chick.

Male Chicks & Ducklings:
Cluck & Quack Farm LLC never puts guaranteed male chicks into orders unless requested or extra male chicks are required to bring the shipment of chicks up to the safe minimum to guarantee live arrival.

Cluck & Quack Farm LLC will add male chicks if an order has less than the required shipping minimums below.

Live Chicks & Ducklings:
Cluck & Quack Farm LLC guarantees that you will receive live arrival of the total number of chicks you ordered.

From March 15-June 1st Shipped chicks need to have 10 chicks in each order to guarantee live arrival. If less than 10 chicks are in an order, Cluck & Quack Farm LLC will add free male chicks to bring the order up to 10 chicks.

From June 1st-October 15th: the minimum shipment number to guarantee live arrival is 6 chicks for each order. If an order does not have 6 chicks in it then Cluck & Quack Farm LLC will add free male chicks to bring the order up to 6 chicks.

We take pride in ensuring that our chicks are shipped with the utmost care and attention. We do everything in our power to make sure they arrive healthy. If weather or shipping delays make it unsafe for chicks to be shipped, Cluck & Quack Farm LLC will reach out via email or phone to reschedule shipments.

If a chick order is delayed or damaged by the USPS and chicks perish in transit please take photos of the chicks in their shipping box and contact Cluck & Quack Farm LLC via the Contact Form on the website Cluckandquack.com within 24 hours of delivery. A chick credit will be issued for the amount originally paid for the chicks. Liability of Cluck & Quack Farm LLC is limited in all cases to replacement of chicks damaged in shipment. Replacement of chicks or chick credit for a future purchase is good for one time only. Under no circumstances shall the liability of Cluck & Quack Farm LLC, on claims of any kind, exceed the total price paid for chicks.

If chicks picked up locally from Cluck & Quack Farm LLC fail to thrive within 72 hours of their hatch date, please notify Cluck & Quack Farm LLC via the Contact Form on the website Cluckandquack.com with photos of the perished chick(s). You will be given the option of replacement chicks at a future date or a chick credit for the amount originally paid for the chicks. Liability of Cluck & Quack Farm LLC is limited in all cases to replacement of chicks that fail to thrive within the 72 hour window from their hatch date. Replacement of chicks or chick credit for a future purchase is good for one time only. Under no circumstances shall the liability of Cluck & Quack Farm, on claims of any kind, exceed the total price paid for chicks.

Vaccination & Bio-security:
Keeping your hands clean is crucial when handling chicks, ducklings or hatching eggs. It's important to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds to prevent the spread of harmful bacteria. Make sure to also clean any surfaces or equipment that come into contact with the chicks/ducklings or eggs.

Cluck and Quack Farm LLC does not vaccinate their chicks for Mareks Disease.

By placing an order with Cluck & Quack Farm LLC, Cluck & Quack Farm LLC shall not be liable for any diseases, morbidity, or mortality of humans and/or other poultry and/or other animals resulting from physical contact with eggs, live chicks and poultry of any age purchased from Cluck & Quack Farm LLC.

Cluck & Quack Farm LLC takes biosecurity seriously to protect the health of their flocks. For this reason, Cluck & Quack Farm LLC will not accept returns of any chickens, ducks, hatching eggs, or other poultry once they leave Cluck & Quack Farm LLC premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our birds healthy and safe.

Hatching Eggs:
Cluck & Quack Farm LLC guarantees that eggs ordered to hatch will be delivered intact and without any cracks. If a hatching egg order was damaged while shipping, please take pictures of the broken or cracked eggs in the shipping box. You will then receive a choice of a credit or refund for the damaged eggs.

Cluck & Quack Farm LLC takes every measure to ensure the quality of our hatching eggs, but cannot guarantee hatching results due to factors beyond the farm's control, such as incubation conditions and handling. Cluck & Quack Farm LLC does not guarantee a hatch rate for orders of fertile hatching eggs that are shipped or are picked up locally.

Returns and General:
If an order is canceled before it ships or is picked up, the cancelation is subject to a $25 service fee.

Gift cards from Cluck & Quack Farm LLC are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We do our best to respond to all emails, but please understand that we have limited time due to our farming and family responsibilities. We try to answer questions in a timely manor. We truly appreciate it if our customers check FAQs before emailing a question.
