Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for poultry or hatching eggs. This policy is in place to maintain strict biosecurity measures for the health of our flocks and to comply with our NPIP clean certification. The safety and well-being of our poultry is our top priority, and returning poultry or hatching eggs could pose a risk to the health of our farm.
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel an order. However, please be aware that there is a $25 restocking fee for canceled orders. This fee is necessary because on our small farm the loss of a sale means that we must invest time and effort into finding new homes for the chicks or possibly not being able to hatch the unwanted eggs. Thank you for your understanding and continued support of our farm!
